Do your gourds have tunnels? I have seen sparrows look in, then fly away. My gourds have been up since the first of March. Seems strange to me but .... still no sparrow nests.

When trying to attract martins for the first time...... Are you more likely to be successful the more cavities you have. In other words: is twenty better than six ??

If I put a new rack on the dock I will invent a method so I can rotate the whole rack. I know I don't have the best setup to attract Martins but I still want to try.

I have been trying for four years....no luck thus far.
I just changed from a T14 to new S&K BO11 with tunnels and crescent entrances.
Question: Am I just as likely to attract new martins with this set up or should I have some round hole gourds?

My brother has 10-12 babies for the first time. We lowered the T14 to check on them. All seemed lifeless but all were alive. Is this normal ? The are at least two weeks old. Temperature in the low 80's.

I can't believe it...... Last night i ordered a CO2 Hammerli 850 with scope. - $ 400.00

I have a cheap pellet gun. Have shot at many birds and hit only one. At 60 feet a sparrow is a very small target tough to hit even with an accurate rifle and almost impossible with a cheap gun.

I am a wannabe landlord. I am playing the dawnsong from 4AM to 8PM. I have yet to even see a martin.

Once I have a visitor when should I stop the dawnsong? When should I start it again, if ever?
