Thanks to hearing from Claudia and Dave regarding our house crashing yesterday, we have temporarily fixed the problem. on 2/9 we saw a female martin and quickly put up the house. She stayed overnight and left this morning. Should I post a sighting or just wait. she might have just been waiting for a place to stay. Please advise.

I live in Katy, TX and it seems the martins are gone by around the 4th of July but I still have quite a few, but I don't think I have any babies left. They came later so do they stay later or is it the storms keeping them home? I am new at this so would appreciate any advice. Thanks!
