No, he did not come back for the night. After he left this morning at 9:30 he didn't return all day. I know, I took the day off to watch!
Kathy, I had an ASY pair stay 2 nights last year and thought I struck gold. I don't think the female was comfortable here for some reason.
As for the pictures, I can take them, but I have no way to post any.
Talking with my mentor today, we came up with several scenarios as to this ASY showing up this late. Could be that the elderly ladies birds got tired of waiting on a female. Or possibly someone lost their housing in this last storm. It was a doozy. We had winds up to 70 MPH
