- Martin Colony History: First started in Gretna, La in 1969 with a small homemade house, have had martins ever since at 2 different homes in Texas

More specifically I am looking for information provided by the manufacture. Maybe if someone has one, do you by chance have instructions that you could scan in and email to me? I found one of these traps in my father?s garage and would like to know more about it.

Perry, Sorry I can't help with specifics, but did want to mention I did a little experimenting with a trap almost identical to the "stove trap" on your fig. 4. It did very good in trapping groups of juvenile House Sparrows(as many as 7 or 8 at a time). The trigger string and "stiff knee" needs tweeking a bit. I plan on using it again over the winter. Al
