Website Improvements

I thought i would highlight two improvements to the website that are now finished.

Scout Arrival Pages

Due to popular demand, scout report data dating back to the 1998 scout season are available online. It took some work to convert the data from static html pages to an online database but it was well worth it. If somebody wants to submit scout data from 1998 on, it will automatically be added to the appropriate pages.

I have also added a search feature to this new scout site. You can click on any city or name to bring up the search results for that city or name. If you go and look around, i think you will enjoy the new features and the addition of data from 1998-2002.

Mentor Program Pages

To protect mentors and mentees from spam and abusive emails the PMCA has been making an effort to no longer display email addresses anywhere on our site. This is of course a work in progress. I have created a form that will generate an email to a mentor or mentee without exposing their addresses to "public eye". It is identical in function to the email links on this forum or the roost pages. If you had previously opted out of the mentor program because you were concerned about the personal identity information previously displayed, we hope you will now be comfortable enough with the new design to become a Mentor program participant.
