Eggs and Copulation

Does the female need to copulate before she lays each egg, or does one copulation fertilize all her eggs, and she just lays them once a day?

How does all of this work?

To my knowledge, they have to copulate each day prior to that days egg being layed.

I have read that half or more of a sub female's babies are fathered by an ASY male. Now it's all becoming clear to me!
