Finally ! Will they stay ?

Well I finally have birds showing up. I have a ASY pair that have been her e for three days and the last two nights have stayed in the same natrual gourd. I also have had eight ASY males coming in and checking out the housing, I think they are from the amish farm. I hope this is the start of a new colony.

Martin Colony History: 2017 Had a lot visitors no Matins nesting, hoping 2018 will be different.
2018 Had 1 pair
2019 had 30 pair

Well flylow it looks as if you have a pair. Most of the time they will not stay the night unless they are on thee way to another home. So I would say you have stated your colony
