The link below should take you to an article about tomorrow's roost festival - PMCA's John Tautin will be there and it should be a wonderful event. Alisa Esposito has worked hard to line up exhibitors, speakers, activities for kids - all to help bring attention to the roost and move the project to protect the martins to the public's attention:

- Martin Colony History: Erected 1st house in 1997. Birds were checking it out before Mike got down from the ladder. Six cavities had a little colony 1st year. Grown to 88 cavities all gourds with near 100% occupancy. Most important factor for success is rain = bugs.
Thanks for the link, Louise. That is a great report. You're doing a wonderful job, Alisa! I would love to be there tomorrow to share in the festivities. Best wishes to you all for a fabulously successful day!
I'm looking forward to hearing all about the events - and hope to see some great photos!
