I am downsizing our Martin housing from two systems to only one system due to a potential move. I have carefully removed our Lonestar Alamo house for sale. I hope to sell it to an aspiring future or present Martin enthusiast.
I am asking $500.00 (or best offer) for the system. It is approximately 15 years old and has been carefully maintained over the years and includes:
* 14 room house ~ round holes, perches and hole stoppers
* 2" square pole system with with steel cable winch
* New ground socket (never used)
* 14 nest trays with square stabilizer dowels for secure fit
* 12 additional perches added to roof top
* 4 ft. 6" diameter PVC pipe for base of pole to stop snake and critters (snakes went over the stovepipe guard with incredible ease! PVC pipe has stopped this problem!)
Shipping cost would be prohibitive therefore it will be best to travel here to pick it up. I live in west central Mississippi (Madison county slightly NW of Jackson, MS area).
