Good to be on the Forum this year! It is gorgeous in Prosper, TX which was perfect for doing spring cleaning to prepare for this year's arrivals. It was early February when I first spotted arrivals last year, so I am ready. House is up, entrances are shut off, (much to the disappointment of HOSPs), binoculars, and comfortable seat are all in place.
I look forward to our spring/summer together again!! :D

LisaJ,
Shouldn’t be long now especially with the warmer temperatures predicted. We are ready as well. I can’t wait with the exception of a hawk that has been crossing our property several times a day. I swear I think they know when it’s time for the martins to return 😠.
Good luck this season.

Sharon, house is up with 3 occupants. I spotted a hawk today, so, here we go. Battle with HOSP, sparrows, Starlings and hawks.
Let the battle begin, I’m ready!
Good luck!

Yes! Let the battles begin, only one type of winners in this one. Our birds!
