I got to thinking about the migration north from Brazil and if there are records of arrival dates in Mexico. I know that a small percent of martins actually return to their homes / gourds in Mexico. The martins just don't start setting up house as soon as they cross into the state of Texas at Brownsville. So, does anyone have information on any Mexico arrival times of martins that set up house and breed in Mexico ?
