As the purple martin season is approaching I have expanded my Electronic Purple Martin Prognosticator spreadsheet to now include years 2002 - 2030.

It is an Excel spreadsheet that landlords can use to monitor and record critical colony information and statistics from year to year. It has inputs for # of pairs, # of eggs laid and hatched, # fledged, arrival dates from year to year, and several graphs to visually check your colony performance. It also includes a printable colony observation sheet that you can take to the field to record your data. Please read the instruction sheet prior to use for best results.

It is freely available at the following location: https://1drv.ms/x/s!AjAj8HbqHkUPlLJNWBw ... w?e=3VdyEL. You must have MIcrosoft Excel to use it but if you have a Microsoft account it will work with the free Excel Web Version as well.

Please contact me with any bugs, comments, or suggestions for improvement.

Hope you enjoy using it.

Roger,
That is quite nice, wow! I print and use the PMCA form, then put them away. This is a great tool sir! Would have taken me 20 years to do.
Ill input the data from the years past, great help. We had 3 pair of martins at our satellite site last year (2 years trying), they would enjoy the data points.
Thank you!
Tom

Roger,

Thanks for the update ! This makes record keeping of purple martin colonies so easy. I have it on my phone in my OneDrive and makes monitoring
a satellite colony a breeze . The Summary Page, Averages ,Occupancy, Hatching and Fledging rate pages give a landlord so much information .

The auto fill on the Projected Hatch Date and Projected Fledge Date give a landlord a lot of information on each cavity before starting and during nest checks.

Rick
