Been a landlord for 10 years and have never seen this before. Have trendsetter and pods. All filled to capacity. I have a pole designated for perching next to the housing and had either another colony or left over colony perching and hanging out the whole time the housed Martins were raising their babies. Now that the babies have fledged, the other colony has moved in and are nest building. I live in North Texas and this would put the babies hatching in the brutal Texas heat.
Anybody experienced this before?
