Still Lots of Martins at Tulsa Airport

Last evening there were still many thousands of martins coming in to roost before dark, if anyone still wants to see them. I had looked at Lake Yahola on my way to the airport, and there were some coming south over the lake, but not very many. Most of the martins seemed to be coming from the west and the east.
I live about 275 miles South of you.
I did see about 35 Martins skimming the lake yesterday afternoon feeding on insects. I haven't seen any Martins in weeks and was surprised.
They were definately migrating south. After feeding for an hour or so they rose higher and continued on their way. It was Great!
