How do you know if you need to supplemental feed????

When my pair goes out to get insects they are usually back in 10 to 15 minutes with food and they do this for a couple of hours three times a day..

Emil are you supplemental feeding?How about spraying the house down to cool it off. I have been doing that for the last couple of days,How long should I let the artificial rain drops fall??
