End of martin season has come and I have 3 rack systems to sell.

Package #1 is $150.00
S&K 2 3/8 easy lift pole converted to a winch and pulley system with multi-house rack accessory for 2 houses which are included
house #1 is a Trio MSS12 that has the hole on the roof patched to make it a M12K. It has been converted to 6 rooms and has nest plates
house #2 is a S&K Great 8
2 purple martin decoys
I also have the 16 fountain rack arms but not the block
you will need to purchase a bottom pole section to install at your place. Our limestone ground is too hard to dig it up.

Lonestar Deluxe Gourd Rack system for 16 Gourds with predator guard and cable/pulley for pole
16 gourds are included: 2 Natureline gourds, 2 natural gourds, 4 S&K gourds, and 8 supergourds with tunnels
you will need to buy a ground sleeve for your new location

Original CUE AAA-16 converted to brake winch and pulley with predator guard
16 gourds are included: 2 horizontal troyers with excluder tunnel entrances, 3 natural gourds with tunnels and inspection caps, 11 Supergourds
