Martin Colony History: Erected 1st house in 1997. Birds were checking it out before Mike got down from the ladder. Six cavities had a little colony 1st year. Grown to 88 cavities all gourds with near 100% occupancy. Most important factor for success is rain = bugs.

Is this just today? I am trying to report, but can't get passed the login. Waiting for a new password. Longing for the Good old days when life on computers was simpler. :???:
Sincerely,
Laverne

Hello all, Neal from Oakland, Michigan.
Was working cleaning out the cobb webs out of my North Star house that's been up with ZERO Martins for the last 4 years. The house is crumbling before my eyes. It's a good thing I ordered a 10 gourd Troyer system with 16 Ft pole. I made it an 18 footer and got it all up yesterday after 4 Tree Swallows flew through the yard. The Bluebirds and Tree swallows are here, but no Martins. My neighbor had some last year. I'm trying to get a couple to move in. Wish me luck and good luck to all of you as well.
