Snake Guards
Does anyone out there have a good idea for a DIY snake netting guard for a 3" square pole? Last year was my first year dealing with snakes believe it or not. Found out by accident but thank goodness I did none the less. I rigged the netting on the poles as best as I could for the remaining season but I still had a couple get through. This year I plan on having NO security breeches LOL. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

As of 2018 - 84 cavities offered, max # of pairs hosted - 82.

Do you have a cylinder or other type of guard on your pole also? If not, you should have both a cylinder guard (or something similar) and the netting, since netting won't stop a racoon.

As to the netting, with a few coathanger wires and a hose clamp to hold them on the pole, you could create an 'umbrella' to drape your netting over....does that make sense?
