Donnie, I am considering moving to Minn! Our air conditioner is still running this winter! Such crazy weather with temps in the 80s

Merry Christmas to your and yours and everyone else. May you all have a productive New Year with lots of Martins. Dec. 24, 2015 with record temp @ 73 degrees here in NC.
Suppose to be even warmer tomorrow. Quite here tonight but Christmas will be busy, with 13 Grand Kids and other friends & relatives. We Love Christmas time but also glad when it leaves..
God Bless All...

Here are two houses that I have for sale. The 8 compartment reconditioned Coats house will be $75.00. The 6 compartment is a new Sunset Inn House which has wire mesh sub flooring and the mounting plate for $150.00. Both houses have ventilation in the attic. You can reach me at [email protected] or (704)-436-2094.

Merry Christmas all from Neal in Michigan. It's really warm here on Christmas day here and I was looking at my PM house I have had up for the last 3 summers with no PM at all. I have read all the rules for houses and feel pretty well for location. I have my 5Star about 12 feet up. (Not now, it's winterized) I was thinking I may want to get a 16 foot 4'' square aluminum main beam and mount the 5Star to this. My question is if any of you think it will make a difference at all?
Greetings all, from snowy southern Manitoba, Canada. We now have a 1-1½ feet of a new fresh blanket of snow, which is very nice for the gardens. Looks like a Victorian Christmas Card here. It is also unfortunately very cold at -30 degrees C, or -22 F. Luckily, there is no wind, just bright sunny skies, so is quite tolerable.
Wishing everyone the best for 2016. Please say hello, to those precious birds as they head to back to us next spring.
