There is a lone male that stays until the 4 bed down and then he leaves for parts unknown. Hopefully he'll find a mate soon.
Early in the mornings and several times during the day there will be as many as 8 perching, playing, fighting, and generally rasin' a ruckus! But they are fun to watch and we're very blessed to have all this activity in our first full year!
So far the birds have chosen the gourds and none have shown great interest in the S&K modified (16 to
house. Watching them it seems the SREH on the house is much harder to negoiate??? Must be because the openings are 1/2" or so above the floor????Thanks to all for your help and encouragement!
