NB compact trap

Hello just thought that I would pass along that last weekend I built the Nb compact trap that is in the archives. I did make a few changes to it and the total for the week is 9 starlings 3 male hosp. Still no martins yet the asy pair that where here have moved on, Keith

Keith, they work good. I have found that a guard needs to be placed under the door. The guard is something to keep the starlings from opening the door, lifting it up. Without a guard, they can learn to open the door and exit....gone...gone..
