Hi Al and Anthony... Anthony I gave a potential landlord two of them just this week to hang under his houses to help him attract martins. The rest are prepared and ready to go.. My friend that wanted to put some up hasn't done so yet but hopefully any day now. I will make sure all of them are given to people who will put them to good use. thanks again..

I guess I'm still here, after almost 20 years on this forum. I have
gained valuable information from a lot of fellow landlords.
Good luck everyone.

Hi Thurman,

Here in Unionville and loving the arrivals. I started with one on March 6th, now I counted as best as I could ( they wouldn't sit still ) about 20 at my place. So glad to see you are enjoying your new friends and can't wait to see what this year holds for us. Shawn in Whitehouse is still hanging in there as well, we touch base each year as the arrivals come in. Hope your year is a wonder.

Thurman, I mostly lurk now. But I remember when you and Emil and others carried the dialog here. Especially the guy in San Antonio. Y'all certainly schooled me in martineering. :)
