can someone please explain to me what sreh anxiety means.

It means when landlords first use sreh entrances and the purple martins don't know how to enter because the martins have not learned that sreh entrance . The landlord (me included) freaks out and wonder if the martins ever will enter. I mean FREAKS OUT. Then one pm figures it out and they all then learn it and you never needed to worry. If you do this this spring and can't handle the anxiety then just don't watch them for a few days .

The anxiety freak out happened to me when I first started using SREH. Your heart starts pounding and you question if you did the right thing by adding SREHs. The martins are quick learners and they will figure it out. I think it happens to many landlords.
