I have tons of birds hanging around in mornings, blue birds, mocking birds housefinches and several other species. I took a picture of a blue bird on it's favorite perch, a wire loop. The bird in the second picture is feeding on tick seed sunflower, not sure what it is but think it's some type of warbler

Great pictures Ray. Could it be a Yellow - Rumped Warbler?

Dave, you are probably right, it does look like some yellow on the rump area.

It's a pine siskin. we have them at feeders all year long.
