Daytime Chatter CD

I bought the "Daytime Chatter" CD online this week and played it today. I was very disappointed with the audio quality. I live near a busy highway and the traffic noise drowned out the CD even at maximum volume. Has anyone else had similar problems with the "Daytime Chatter" CD? [FYI-My "Dawnsong" CD has great audio quality, so I know its not my stereo equipment. The "Dawnsong" CD doesn't get drowned out by the traffic noise.] Comments or suggestions?
