I had my first pair spend the night last night. I was up early this morning waiting and when it got light he came out. I am assuming that this is a good sign. Also have had a mockingbird on top of one of houses. Is there any concern with that?

Mockers and PM's are buddies,no worry there.You have to look before you say "PM" as that old Mocker will fool you with his imitation of a PM.
