I have 6 Martins that came Saturday and paired up and spent the last two nights in my Trio houses. I think they're keepers but it's 42 degrees right now and it's supposed to come a light freeze here tonight. They came in to roost early today because they couldn't find anything to eat. I had several that arrived on the 17th and 18th and some a few days later but they only stayed around a little while in the mornings and went further north I suppose. This cold weather sucks.
Have two Trio Gramma (T8) Modified aluminum houses and a 4 Nature Gourd Rack about 40 ft. from my back door. Use S&S sparrow trap.

Hi Don, Llano is such a beautiful little town! I agree with you on the weather, it stinks!
