I Live in rayville in northeast Louisiana .I had 40 pairs last year they are about a week late from last year. There have been reports close to me. anybody else having that trouble.

I'm having the same trouble that you are and i live in Texas, The PM's come at different times from year to year , sometimes my bird's are here right now but other times it's early March....don't give up just be ready because when they do get here they are going to need your help.

We are also waiting on our Purple Martins, we live in Orange, Texas, have all the houses and gourds waiting on the beauties. My brother, who lives south of Beaumont, Texas has seen scouts, but he also has no Martins. 
I hope when they fly over our areas (yours and mine) and they see all the devastation Hurricane Rita did to our areas, that they don't pass us by. We need their song to cheer us up.
