Just wondering about the existance of the any purple martin colonies in Maine. We have several active colonies in New Brunswick, Canada most along the Saint John river system. Would like to contact any landlords in the stare of Maine.

- Martin Colony History: First started in Gretna, La in 1969 with a small homemade house, have had martins ever since at 2 different homes in Texas
The scout report lists 2 (norridgewock, and China). Don't know how near they are to your site
The scout report can be seen by clicking on "scout report", and then clicking on your state.
There may be a whole lot more people that have martins, the ones that belong to this forum may report their martin sites, but there may be many that do not belong to this forum that also have martins
