Effect of Hurricanes in La. & Texas

Just wondering what effect the recent hurricanes will have on PM's as for as moving further north as their homes were undoubtly destroyed.

- Martin Colony History: First started in Gretna, La in 1969 with a small homemade house, have had martins ever since at 2 different homes in Texas
There probably is a need for housing where the hurricane went, but I also heard that they usually stay within 200 to 250 mile of their native colony...I doubt that their instincts would tell them to go much further north, but I guess there is a possibility, just don't think so.
