Canadian Albino Nestling

What a unique sight, an Albino nestling with all the classic features. Pink eyes, pink skin and white feathers. Boy was I excited at seeing it for the first time. It is residing at my colony which is located 9 miles south of Saskatoon, Sask., Canada. The nestling is about 14 days old. I noticed that this nestling looked a little different on the previous nest check but did not think anything about it at the time. It is smaller than it's three siblings which appear to be normal. All four where banded today by a excited located bird bander. I sure hope it can make all the way and fledges with the others. I try to attach some picture of this unique bird.
