These were taken Sunday 6-10-07.

Ron Vasser, I had a friend come over with a 600 mm Nikon lens. WOW what a set up. All the EXIF data is still there.

WOW, I just bought the 70-300 and I was all excited...and now I see these pics :roll: :roll:
I guess the grass is always greener on the other side! :lol: :lol:

SusanH, Yes I know the feeling... I want a Canon 100-400 IS lens and that is my next purchase, but it would be nice to have this reach...
Now to figure out how to talk the wife into letting me buy tat big lens... Yea right.

Nice photos cooper. I would like to have a Nikon 600mm lens also. A new 600mm f4 af-s lens is $9,000.00 new and thats the reason I don't have one. Thanks for posting the photos.
