Here's mine, first from my patio looking out my backyard. My neighbors house and large live oak tree are really farther away than they look. The camera lens makes them seem closer.

Image

Next, from my alley, looking back towards my house. This is the side my PMs decided to take. Unfortunately I can't see them unless I walk out to the alley. But I guess they like the wide open view here better.

And this is a closer view, taken from my garage driveway.

Martin Colony History: I moved to South Florida, from Delaware, in August of 2015.

I care for a 6 condo Sunset House as well as two Deluxe Gourd Racks, with 24 Chirpynest/Excluder gourds, along a canal in Pompano Beach, Florida.

At Quiet Waters Park, nearby in Deerfield Beach, I care for a Deluxe Gourd Rack with 12 TVG's. I also care for a Deluxe Gourd rack with 12 Excluder gourds with Modified Excluder entrances. I am substituting 6 Chirpynest boxes for 6 of the Conley II entranced gourds in 2026.

At another local park, Tradewinds Park in Coconut Creek, I care for a Trendsetter 12, 5 gourds rack with 60 Excluder gourds with Modified Excluder Entrances and 1 Deluxe Gourd Rack with 12 Troyer Vertical Gourds with Starling Stoppers over the Conley II's to keep out smaller starlings.

I need a new pic of my Trios. Raining a little AGAIN out there right now. Will post one when I finally have some decent weather.

Julio,
Here it is:T-14. 2 Supergourds, 4 Troyer gourds, 4 Troyer with WDC/integrated trap entrancesImage
T-14 is Western Red Cedar, glued and screwed with the screw tops countersunk and covered. Very smooth. The house was painted with PPG automotive epoxy primer (2 part). Thermocell insulation (ceramic beads) were mixed into the paint.

The house is completely vented to take the hot Texas heat

The nest trays are cedar as well with the nest bowel cut out and backed by 3/32" ABS sheet.

They must like these nest bowel's because they have thrown out almost all of the pine needles and have just a few leaves in the bowel.

Oh yeah, and the pole is the optional aluminum with brake winch that is offered for the T-14.

This setup replaced the aluminum housing I had for 7 years.

Guss, that is absolutely hilarious! It looks like an authentic (not Photoshopped) picture too! Although the entry seems to be sort of like an Predator Guard. You climb up that long ladder then hit your head on the bottom of the camper, then you have to crawl out on that joist and somehow get in that door. I guess that's a good idea, it keeps the riff-raff out!

So how many Martians - no Martins are living there with you?

If you think the stairs are bad, you aught to see me trying to eat those scrambled eggs off the porch.

Here's a few of my place. One of them are of the 1st asy male I have seen this year. He is still here and has a girl friend  Hopefully more are on their way. A couple pics are from last year while the housing was pretty busy. The trees are back a little farther than they appear. The fly zones are pretty open to the right is a field and left leads to a big pond across the road toward the golf course. I wouldn't mind adding a natural gourd rack next season. Everything is doubled w/ crescents!
