Martin Houses site location tips needed advice!

The site looks great!! You have great houses and gourds under those T-14's too! I don't see anything wrong or add to get them to come and stay!!! Having that scout show up is promising too! Looks like you need only patience!!!!! HA! Easy ugh!!!!! The wires on the telephone pole is a great addition to attracting martins too! So there you go!!! Good luck and keep us posted! John!

The housing looks nice. A couple of cercerns though. First, I do not see any pole guards on your wooden poles to ward off predator attacks from snakes, racoons, squirrels, etc. Also, and it is possible it is hidden in the picture, I do not see a means to lower the two T-14"s to conduct nest checks which is very important.

Yes, very nice setup. The only concern I would have, other than the lowering and predator issue (and not much you can do about it) is that behind the two poles is the worlds best sparrow magnet, you're gonna be busy controlling those damned sparrows, but the housing looks great. You should get a martin or two very interested in those.. they might have TOO many holes to choose from.. :lol:

yes i can lower them and everything i do everyday. but i cant find a loud speaker any where i have been to kmart walmart everywhere. where do u guys find them. and i will work on the predator guards as soon as i get martins hopefully i do. one other thing i ordered the martin call on this website does anyone know anything about it does it work good is it sufficent.
