,,,,,,,,,,,,didn't come home to roost last night that I know of,they(3) have been running together and always left and returned together,two returned as normal. PM's don't fly at night do they?If the 3rd doesn't return could that one have been a female and become trashy.LOL,or if it were a male do they sometimes jump ship?Hate to think that it may have fallen prey to something.

Dick. Many birds migrate during the night, since the winds are normally calmer then. The Males also do the Dawnsong thing between 4am and 6am, which is still considered night by many. Yes, she could have found a male that inticed her to stay at another colony. Or she could have just been late getting back home, or if it was a male, he could have been enticed by a female to go to another colony. CUL Lou
