Is it to late in North Mississippi for Martins?

I have been waiting for martin's since the middle of February. I saw 3 or 4 on my house probably over 3 weeks ago. I am losing hope of attracting any this year since I did have a nesting pair last year. I think the martin's that came by a few weeks ago are at a neighbor's house. I just don't think there are very many martins in our area.

Is it to late to attract Martin's in my area in North Mississippi?

The sy's should still be making their way north. Don't give up yet. Have only seen a couple of sy's at my colony. You still have a chance.
