Peggy, Mr Troyer may know, and if he doesn't then the PMCA may know, but I don't recall seeing one.

Thanks Emil. I didn't see anything like it on the PMCA site or Mr Troyer's site but thought I'd see if some other martineer had figured out a clever adaptation. I always learn something here.
