Hello,

http:///// ///.com/pm/t14mtg.htm

This is the only system I have used for 2 years to hold up my t-14 - it has worked well for me.
I have replaced my t-14 with a new t-22, the new house weighs about 27 pounds more than the older house - for a total of 110 pounds.

I plan to put this t-22 house up this week - and was hoping someone will tell me this 21' - 1.5" heavy walled pipe will not bend/break in a big storm - lie to me if you have to...haha - I have seen the old house sway in the strong storms in the past so I don't think the extra weight will hurt anything.

I planned to use a 2.5" sleave and a 2" schedule 80 pipe for the pole. I just did not get this done yet and I am out of time. I had a brain cramp and thought my sleave was bigger than it was and I dont have the time to replace the old one with new....so this will be done after the season.

Here is the new house in pieces -

I put up the house yesterday and all is OK so far.
Had a couple showers and some fairly stiff winds and the house does not seem to move anymore than it did last year.
I want to get a bigger pole for next year though.

check it out the pics from my deck -

No martins yet but a few starlings checked it out, they did not stay long though with the new SREH holes.
One stayed long enough to take the lead and then crashed into the lake....I love that part.

Someone on this board had a t-26 - what pole did they use for that?
I plan to upgrade to a 2" schedule 80 pipe.

thanks Kevin
