If I understand your question, your file size may be too large. If you right click on a photo and look at "properties" you can get the file size. To load here, it needs to be under 100 kb.
Two ways to measure, by pixels and by kilobytes. I take photos that where the file size is under 100 kb and they load up okay, but as attachments on the Forum (you must then click them to view). You may need to read your camera manual to get it to lowest setting. Keep in mind that these photos contain less data, so would be of poorer quality for uses such as reprinting in a magazine, but are fine for viewing here.

John...........I guess I ask the wrong question or stated the wrong problem.
Trying again....Many posts include pictrues. When I click on them I get a audio beep instead of a picture. I have never had this problem befor.
Now I have just discovered the same audio beep when I click on Spellcheck. Never had this problem befor either.

Well, it's some kind of error message. Some computer folks can answer this evening. If this get buried, just post the word "bump" to bump it up.

Forum was out of service yesterday. Today most if not all of the site links at the top of this page render nothing but an audible sound. This is in addition to my inability to open pictures from any posts. I suspect there is still a major site problem.

Strange................Everything is fine right now. 5:45 PM Eastern. It was a site problem for sure. Usually on other sites when goofy things happen the site administrator posts the state, of the union message.
Maybe one of those shot BB's hit a rock in Texas Saturday and landed in the Erie area messing up the site in process.
