It's impressive. I'm enthusiastic about the style of houses from Tendsetter and bought one recently. I'm reserving all-out enthusiasm until I get it up and see how martins like it. Your basic layout on this house is similar, as is the styrofoam house in a thread up now from Bernie.
I also really like that Goliad. They all look great.

Quite impressive in my book. Are the little hooks you have screwed into the sides used to keep the nest trays in place?
PMCA member and Martin fanatic....
2011 A pair of subbies fledged three young but none returned in 2012
2015 One Pair of subbies came and stayed a few nits but got chased away by Bluebirds and Tree swallows.
2017 0ne pair of subbies nested and fledged 4 young
2018 Tree Swallows AGAIN chased away any martins that wanted to nest
2019 Same old story................

.....You guys are great. The more I see the more I like. Nice appearance and great nest box function. My 2007 expansion....hopefully needed will be a hybrid cross between this and styrofoam construction.

Hi EAH
That's really an interesting floor plan. And the photos are great!
Can you tell me whether the entrance holes are in through the blue stops (which seem to be at the standard height of doorways?) If that's the plan, what ore the metal-ringed circles (which seem to be higher up on the outside walls?
Also, what kind of poles are you using for these houses?
Thanks. Tom

The blue things are what I use to plug up the holes over winter. I believe they are called noodles, (it's what the kids use swimming). I cut them in about 1 1/2 inch lengths As you can see in the attached picture the silver things are vents. You can get them at Lowes or Home Depot. I hope this will help you. EAH

Hey there neighbor! Glad they finally got your sign-on straightened out. I didn't know who you were till I saw the pics of the house you made-I remembered it from when I came by last year. Good luck this year!
