According to a report on Texbirds, purple martins were seen Sunday, January 22 in Aransas, Texas. All you south Texas landlords get ready.

Gisela,
Thanks for the information about the north Texas purple martin landlords group. I would like to try to join and meet others in the area with an interest in martins. It's sometimes difficult to find others who share my interest and enthusiasm for the martins. I look forward to this coming season and sharing it with others who care.
Thanks again,
Patrick...

Hello Marsha,
With my first arrivals you'll hear me from Texas. I'm more excited this year than ever before, though the unusually warm weather does have me a bit concerned. But they've survived for centuries before I came along so I'll try no to worry too much. I'll just do the best that I can for them. Good luck to you and all the landlords in Florida. I'll definitely be in touch!
