Docgipe. Who? Anyone who loves PMs, and wants to meet folks they talk to, see posting, etc. Where? Victor Stoll farm, the largest colony of PMs in the USofA, probably the world. Around 700 pairs I believe it was last year. When? I believe it's Friday and Saturday June 16th and 17th. Friday is Vendors day, when there are several vendors, showing their products for helping make the PMs safer, housing, gourds, gourd racks, etc, etc. Saturday is just Martinfest, where there is one great big get together. They have a couple of guest speakers, door prizes, raffles, and dinner. The meat is normally catered in, but then the family and friends of Mr and Mrs Stoll bring in food also. Home made Ice Cream, Home made Pies, they have pop, and I believe coffee. It's requested NO ALCOHOL. Children of course are welcome. It's just great. Everyone who likes PMs should be able to attend at least one Martinfest. I've went to five so far, and hope to be there this year again, but not sure. Oh ya. Why not?? I can't think of any reason to not attend unless you are unable to do so. CUL Lou
