winter house cover-shrinkwrap?

i have a new aluminum house with oak dowel perches that i must leave outside and i want to protect it. i am on a salt water bay and get strong northeasterly winter winds. would shrinkwrap be advisable or something like a canvas cover that would breath better?

I noticed that you mentioned a T-14. They have a canvas cover specifically made for the T-14 in the PMCA Shop. Here is a picture of the cover...

As another option, you can always go to Lowes or Home Depot and buy a canvas cover like the ones that are used to cover outdoor grills. You should just have to cut a hole so that it could go over the pole.
