Another movie with Martin Housing
Watched a Hallmark movie last night called Run the Wild Fields, placed in North Carolina during WWII. Good movie. It showed a Martin gourd Pole with about 8 gourds on it a few times. Wonder if anybody else seen it. They didn't make any reference to the pole but did actually start the show after a commercial showing just the pole and gourds next to the house. A couple of comments, looked like the pole was very close to the house and a few of the gourds wouldn't have been big enought for a hummingbird nest. Wonder if the author or movie director came up with this ideal?
