Anyone want a Trio house...especially people south

Hi.
I have an aluminum Trio grandpa house I will not use again. It may be a bit bent here and there. I have used it for many years (but never got martins to stay in it). (I think it is still in good shape though. )
I then bought a wooden T-14 house since the aluminum ones I think get too cold for the birds in April when it often snows here.
So if anyone from south of here is coming though Milwaukee and wants this house, let me know.
you might want to send me a message at:

Would it be possible to ship it?
I'd pay for it of course. I understand if that's too much of a hassle.

I also have a 24 room trio castle if anyone within driving distance to west-central MN would want it. It is old and hasnot been converted to twelve rooms. I do see martins in aluminum houses in this area but I believe they will go to wood first by atleast ten to one. Anyone interested please send me an e-mail.
