I have an estabished colony in Western Pa. It consists of 1 pole with THG's, 1 pole with TVG's, and a T-14. My birds usually show very little interest in the T-14. The other two poles usually fill up or close to it. This year I have a good number in my gourd poles, but once again no interest in the T-14. The only difference this year is not 1 bird has gone near the T-14, not even a peek. It sits there totally vacant, not even a looker. Quite a mystery to me. I am going to lower it this afternoon, but I doibt that I will find anything but, some undisturbed pine needles.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Bill, my t14 I built in 05. It's quite popular. Usually 10-14 nests per season. I place 4 gourds under house and they're full each season. Try gourds underneath. I use homemade nest trays. They like them. Try nest trays.

I have 2 gourd racks and 2 T 14's. Both get equal use each year. I am surprised the SY's don't fill it up once they start arriving and the gourds are full.
