Wow lockharttaylor! Congrats and wow do you have a colony! How do you manage such a large colony? I have a total of 16 compartments and am always on pins and needles with concern for the martins. How do you do it? Just let me know how involved you are. That is great. Thanks for sharing your new arrivals. Brent

we now have up to 20 martins, yesterday we had 8 more came they when to the houses instead of gourds, so had to open more rooms because had only two rooms open
we have 6o bo 11 plus and 2 regular. two house with 8 rooms each. and then two more house with one has 12 rooms and the other has 10 rooms. with the total of 100 compartments.
last year we only 3 empty compartments. we added 14 new gourds this year, we are on a corner lot in the city.
