2023-- A lot of visitors
2024-- A lot more visitors
Don't give up yet because it could happen in an instant! The colonies around me are fledging or on the verge so I am pretty sure I am done but they still come by and visit once a week. Good luck to you!

Yea don't give up its still pretty early up there. I'm in east Tenn and I put up a satellite colony at my brothers 2 years ago this is the 3rd spring and he just got a pair to start his colony (Adult male and Adult female) only about 3 weeks ago and he is still seeing Subadult birds that are checking out his setup. Also you could have a lot of visitors this fall when they migrate back south and maybe a few of those will remember your sight and return to it next year to start a whole new colony. Keep the Faith the Faith the Faith. HAHA God bless.

CT- I agree- don't call it a miss just yet. We're still getting a few new birds in central Kentucky, so I expect there's still time for your latitude. My first successful year, the SYs didn't show up in force until late May. Keep up all you're doing to advertise your site, hopefully there are some northern bound SYs headed your way.
