Yeah, right, like it really snuck up on me. I've been waiting for this since my tenants left after last season! I don't know about the rest of you, but I smiled big when I saw the first scout report pop up in Florida last month! That said, with my first four couples having started their families last year in the S&K barn, I'll expand this year and put up six S&K Bo11p gourds. Everything is ordered and will hopefully be up by the time they return. Eagerly awaiting their return, it'll be interesting to see if they bring in the new furniture into the original residence this year, or opt for the new build. With interest rates the way they are this year, I'm thinking they'll opt for the original. Anxious for this new season!

..... Your right,,,, It does seem to sneak up on ya at the begining of the year... I’m close to having everything ready and I still have until late March or early April before they get here.. But I have one more pole to concrete in the ground, so I’m close to being ready I guess.. :grin:
