No luck this year. I did manage to get tree swallows to nest away from my Martin pole by setting up a gourd on other side of yard. Bluebirds continue to use existing boxes so no problems with them trying to get into housing. Martins from nearby colony have been over the house the past two days. Have been playing tape off an on just to see if any come take a look. Last year had lots of Martins flying over house going to from pre migration roost in downtown Nashville. Hopefully that happens again this year. Maybe can generate some interest in new birds playing the tape during that time. Will see what happens next year

Good Luck and keep up the positivity! Playing the chatter will get them to come down for closer look for sure. I was able to get TS to settle into single gourd 35 feet away from my Gourd Rack this year also from information posted in here on proper TS placement in regards to PM's. I actually enjoyed the TS and saw all 7 fledge in May. Then PM's since June. and of course the BB's with 2 nesting so far. I call it the triple play.
